• Next-day delivery available on all UAE orders over AED 150 when placed before 7 PM.
• Orders placed after 7 PM are processed the following day.
• All orders ship free of charge from our UAE warehouse with full tracking provided.

Returns
• Enjoy 7-day free returns — no fees or hidden charges.
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• To start a return or exchange, simply contact our support team on WhatsApp , and we’ll arrange everything for you.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-tailored garments, altered pieces, and accessories (ties, belts, cufflinks, pocket squares, socks) are non-returnable, unless defective or incorrect.
