Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a free return pickup — no charges apply.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-Tailored or Altered Garments: Any suit, jacket, trouser, or shirt that has been modified, tailored, or adjusted to your measurements.

  • Worn or Used Items: Products showing signs of wear, damage, fragrance, or missing tags or packaging.

  • Promotional or Discounted Items: Items purchased during limited-time offers, flash sales, or using discount codes.

  • Personal Items: Pocket squares, ties, cufflinks, belts, socks, and similar accessories — unless defective upon arrival.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to support.
We’ll arrange the exchange for you — free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
