You received the wrong item

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
Custom-Tailored or Altered Garments: Any suit, jacket, trouser, or shirt that has been modified, tailored, or adjusted to your measurements.
Worn or Used Items: Products showing signs of wear, damage, fragrance, or missing tags or packaging.
Promotional or Discounted Items: Items purchased during limited-time offers, flash sales, or using discount codes.
Personal Items: Pocket squares, ties, cufflinks, belts, socks, and similar accessories — unless defective upon arrival.

We’ll arrange the exchange for you — free of charge.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
