Availability of fabrics, styles, and sizes is subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed in full.
Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
Payments are accepted through approved payment gateways at checkout.
For made-to-measure or bespoke suits, a deposit may be required.
Deliveries are available across the UAE.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to tailoring lead times or courier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Suit Sartoria has a 14-day return policy for ready-to-wear items.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for courier/shipping fees for returns.
Bespoke and made-to-measure suits are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged within 14 days, subject to availability.

Suit Sartoria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
